An alternative voice to A Diary of a Diva rather A Diary of a Woman's Worth

Hello San Diegoans! So who am I? And why should you keep reading? Lets start with who I am for you right now during “June Gloom”. First let’s start with my looks and where I am from cause we are in CA and that seems to have sliding weight buy in. ha ha

So I am 5’ 6” tall and hale from the 505. I read taller due to my orangatang arms and legs that slide up to my fit non-cellulite but not bootylicious ass. I rock the shorty shorts cuz the 30 year old me has come to the acceptance that god/universe sees it as fair to hand out a nice ass with its partner the shitty legs and the flat ass with the killer legs (most of the time) as means to help us internalize and live out the cliché that “beauty is only skin deep”.

That parenthesis clause is for all of you that think everything is spoken in absolutes. But it is an absolute that you want to learn how to rock what you got because your body gets you where you need to go!!! Fact.

Boobs I haven’t figured that out yet. Because in my life I have the experiential knowledge that weight fluctuation defiantly impacts my boobs’ journey. But I’m pumped because right now they feel good to me, look hot to me in my triangle bikini top and I know what a good bra is. Also, I got enough good credit history to buy my boobs on credit if ever need be.

AND back to the bikini top part in case I lost credit because all of sudden I seemed like I have had the life of rolling out comfortably wearing a bikini. Not true. First bikini summer ever!!! I have lived for a long time with the allusion that the “perfect bikini bod” has certain measurements. I am not saying I weighed 195 lbs and now with diet, exercise and the help of Jenny Craig I rock my 118 lb frame in a bikini. That hasn’t been my journey and if that has been yours or you want that journey than live it.

My journey is that I put Pilates in my life as means to be able to exercise without getting light headed. My body and mind has responded well with that choice. I also had to figure out how recover from an ovarian cyst rupturing causing chronic pain that left the western doctors scratching their head. This led me to acupuncture. AND found that acupuncture does have the gift of taking away pain. But stumbled to find that acupuncture’s side effect includes weight lose, elevation to an addiction to carbs and well-being. So yeah I am rocking the bikini!! And check out your HMO coverage for your policy’s acpuncture coverage and rightfully feel appalled for what you pay for.

So this should be enough about my appearance because its annoying me to indulge this idea anymore. Just know I am naturally blonde in all dimensions and I have style to boot that doesn’t cost more than $25 bucks, probably and hopefully has had a life with another person before me and will after me. Maybe my clothes reflect in some “important this is what you should wear magazine”. BUT I don’t know because when I look at those magazines its for pure visual stimuli and ideas with non-imprinting power.

So now you know what I look like. How my self-confidence is presented to the world and few ethos I live by. The point of all this is I want to create a power duo between The Reader’s Ms. Barbarella and me. Because in my opinion, that is strong enough to be humbled and can stand on its own, is that her take on how to rule the streets, as an empowered, resilient, autonomous woman is not my take.

Granted my take is based on Ms. Barbarella’s last column Not a Crime where she in my perception was well aware what she did was Not a Crime but was a Real Shitty Way to Treat Someone. And yes I’ve only read one of her diary entries and came to the conclusion that another woman’s voice needs to be heard.

BUT I think reading one diary entry and looking at her profile picture perceived by me as reflecting “self important princess Leia messy buns with chopsticks, dignified Sally Jessie Raphael glasses and sex appeal defining red lipstick” is fair because we all are quick to judge. That quickness does serve and disserves us. Because “just as the journey of a woman includes a period of self-doubting and low self-esteem that we all will hopefully ride out. It also includes a self-actualized woman’s journey to learn how to navigate the world with self-confidence that’s bi-product is not the inialiation of the world.”

These quotes are from the article I am pitching to The Reader editors and hopefully this blog can turn into something bigger for me and for you all out there. So now I am going to spend money at some copy place and create a well needed San Diego rivalry of strong women and a fun way for my two best friends and I to connect with all sorts peeps of San Diego. Ms. Barbaralla vs. Miss Allison, I roll out with Miss Allison because I am also a kindergarten teacher, so trust that you are in good hands and enjoy the ride. ha ha

So hopefully you are still reading and intrigued to find out if you are going to be TEAM MS. BARBARELLA or TEAM MISS ALLISON.

Also, I need your help!!! If there are bars, coffee shops, stores, beaches whatever that I have the receptive peeps I should schlep my whatever I manage to create to make this rivalry an event and a ticket to help me pay for a life in San Diego, please let me know. <3 I need people to read this BLOG like NOW so I can convince the editors to give me at least one physical paper punch “water bottle to the head moment” article to Ms. Barberella.

In turn you all can read my online blog if you want and think, “hmmm wonder what this bitch wants me to think about today?” “hmmmm I wonder what trouble this bitch found herself in now?” “hmmm I wonder what song she thinks is going to chill me out from my hard day and help me take refuge in my house” “hmmm I wonder what interaction this bitch had today” “hmmm I wonder what event this bitch has created so I can meet the people I want to meet in San Diego” and “hmmmm I wonder when this bitch is going to be healthy enough to mud wrestle Ms. Barbarella as a fundraiser for a good cause?” “hmmm I wonder what homeless person this bitch has talked to today and what does her impression look like visually?” and “hmmmm what healthy prank does this bitch think I should engage in with my friends in hopes we all start having fun again like were 5 year olds with money to spend, money to save, a self made curfew and curiosity for healthy harmless mischief in mind.”

So tell me what you think….. what you want and if you <3 it, read it, live it and say it because this bitch has got to get paid and you should get paid out too for your participation and cooperation!!!! <3 Here are some links of peeps I think you all should get know if you haven't already. Please read them as they are chronologically listed and linked because it's important you meet them properly. Enjoy!!! Peeps you should get to know. Bitch was for sure raised by wolves drinking forties ha ha They are for sure now getting paid but still keeping it smarter than most!!!
