Time To Draw The Steel & Go For Broke!

"For all the sins you will commit, you'll beg forgiveness...AND NONE I'LL GIVE!!" --Iron Maiden, from "Moonchild" on SEVENTH SON OF A SEVENTH SON

As it stands now, the fuddy-duddies who run the Executive and Legislative branches in Sac-Town couldn't give two dried figs about folks like myself. It's too bad, really...for what I go through every day can just as easily nail any one of them to the nearest tree.

With each day that we have no budget in Sac-Town, the more the pain we will feel. For me, the pain is turning to rage...a rage that I can either express negatively--or channel into production. That is why I say that as the "supreme employers" of the California Politicos, it is time to draw the steel and go for broke!

Although I may be seen as "not all there," my voice does count as well. By not getting off their dimes, ditching their partisanship, and taking care of "The People's Business"? Arnie S. and the Legislature have shown us who the real "girly-men" are...talk about getting hoisted on your own petard!

Folks, we have to do some heavy-duty housecleaning. Arnie's already termed out, so he's a cipher in this case. However, a clean sweep of both legislative houses is not only desireable...it's friggin well needed!

Conservatives, liberals--HERE'S YOUR HAT! HURRY ALONG OUT THE DOOR, IF YOU PLEASE! GOP, Dems, Reform, AIP--DON'T LET THE SCREEN DOOR HIT YOU WHERE THE DOG SHOULD HAVE BIT YOU! Veteran and Rookie Pols--UR RAW DOG MEAT! All Responsible For This Mess--OUT OF THE STATEHOUSE, AND INTO THE DITCH!

The only way to deal with bullies is to inflict twice as much pain on them as they have on you! Politicos are the worst example, because the power eventually slides them from doing "The Work Of The People" to "Playing Froggie With The Rich and Heartless!" As in when they say "JUMP, FROGGIE!", they only need to ask "HOW HIGH CAN WE GO?"

The rage will always be there--it drives me to write better. But come the first Tuesday in November, let it be known that the steel is drawn, razor-edged, and thirsting for incumbent ichor! It's time not to deal in mild words, but to take action...and go for broke!

(BTW: The term "GO FOR BROKE" was the motto of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team of the U.S. Army. Comprised of American-born Japanese men (whose families were in internment camps in the United States), the 442nd served with distinction in the European Theater of Operations during World War Two. They participated in both the Italian and Western German campagins.)
