I'm in the Thick of Juicing

Juice for breakfast lunch and dinner...I have one more day to go then back to delicious salads and veggie dishes. Now, speaking from experience, the five days of juicing is really difficult. The actual act of making the juice so often is a task as well as the drinking of it. I crave chewing food and I am mentally hungry.

There are positives though...I am definitely more clear headed and truly understand my relationship to what I put in my body in a way I have never understood previous to this. Food, any food, smells amazing. I am waiting to try my taste buds and see their new acumen. My skin is glowing and any hives or allergy related blemishes are healing quicker than they normally. Finally a benefit I was not looking for, I lost seven pounds. I have been trying to lose that pesky ten pounds put on by stress for quite some time now and this seems to have helped me over the hump.

However, I want to eat real food. Thankfully there is one more day of juicing.
