Big Bully terrorizes community!

So it's that time again....blog blog blog. Today I am disgusted with politicians. I've been disgusted before with them but now it is just too close to home. I am upset about the jail and the proposed expansion in our city. I mean really, in the middle of town? I picture the city of San Diego as that neighbor you dread. The one who has the unkept yard, makes loud noises at hours of the day, and basically creates drama. It is bad enough they throw their trash over the hill (Tierrasanta) and into our city for us to smell (Landfill), now they want to throw even more trash (convicts) into our city right we are trying to develop and grow. Santee is not the place for a jail. Maybe 30 years ago it was a good idea since there was nothing here but guess what. It's not the same. Shopping Centers, homes, schools, and new businesses should not be overshadowed by a large jail butted up against them. Can you see this in any other city? The jail should be out in the middle of nowhere like Donovan. What is wrong with working with the Military to get a piece of Elliott or Miramar? Not right in the middle of a friggin' community. So here is what we get, the helicopters fly over Santee at night because Poway would bitch too much, we get trash, and they want it to go higher than the initial limits. It is ok if we see the pile, as long as they don't, and now we get inept and inconsiderate County Supervisors who just don't care as long as it is not in their neighbor hood. I hope everyone gets fired up at some point because right now it is ridiculous to me that the 55,000 people in Santee are putting up with all this crap. Someone go take a crap in the lawn of the Supervisors and tell me what they think of it?
