I am worried about people

Woke up this am and felt the need to blog again. I guess the subject of people getting along has touched me in too many ways personally and I need to shout out about it. It started at work when I realized that I am not as patient with some of my co workers and woke up that because they are different, because I do not respect they way they work or some other little aspect about them, that I talked to them differently and almost with disdain. I made a pact with myself to treat everyone the same, talk to them respectfully, and try to learn something about them everyday by asking questions. I have found out that I enjoy talking to them and work is more interesting now. I eliminated one of the things that used to bring negativity to my job. Now to figure out those customers. It hit me hard at home this week because my daughter is getting teased at her school and it is pretty bad. She gets called fatass daily by some kid and she has been ranked as the ugliest kid in her class. WTF. I know kids are kids but you know what, it was not always this way. You would think that with all the stuff we have experienced, e.g. school shootings....that parents would stop and take a few minutes to interact with their kids. Maybe mentor them and try to make something positive happen there. My daughter wants to be home schooled, I want to go punch a couple of her classmates and maybe their parents. Bullying at school needs to be addressed, kids are affected by this stuff the rest of their lives. The third thing that hit me was all the recent negativity on that mother of that horrible man Gardner. People are attacking her for what her son did like she condoned it. That is just wrong. Her home vandalized, coworkers cowardly and shamelessly attacking her through the media, and throngs of people stating she should be fired from her job for sheltering her son. Does that sound idiotic to anyone else? I think her son should be shot for what he did, put to death immediately, Do not pass go, do not collect $200. But to blame his mother? Cmon people, this is just plain off the shelf bottle hate. Might as well kick a kid out of school because she has gay parents. People are mean, people are ignorant, I guess people are people....time to listen to some Depeche Mode. I challenge someone else to just let go today and try to make a positive impact on someone or something.
