I couldn't believe what I saw this past Memorial Day Weekend. On the beach in Imperial Beach the Sheriff's riding ATVs were flat out RUDE!... They try to impose intimidation on guests of our fine city by "cruising" the sand along the beach making their presence known.
Which would be a good thing considering I.B's past problems with undesirable people. But, when you run over people's belongings and don't even care... that's uncalled for!
NO - I have no ill will towards the Sheriffs or the dept. I feel that it is a case of the actions of a few that affect the image of the dept. I am not a bitter resident with a past moving violation or ticket of any kind. Just concerned about the safety of the residents AND visitors of our fine city. As well as the Public Servants that actually LIVE here.
