I have lived in South Central Rancho Santa Fe since 06/87. The town is very nice, but everyone is so spread out that it does not have the feeling of a neighborhood. There is plenty to do outside; there is the golf course, the riding club, horse trails, soccer field, baseball field, local school and the ocean is nearby. The village, downtown, is close to my house with stores, the library and the school. For most things, a person needs to leave Rancho Santa Fe to get it done. The nearest Coaster station is in Solana Beach, most people work outside of town, but it is a very nice place to live.
