According to the Registrar's spokesperson, workers there have been able to get through approximately 60,000-90,000 ballots per day on most days. Accordingly, they are expected to complete the counting of mail in and provisional ballots in coming few days. But the results for San Diego County might not be certified till Dec 4. As a result, the possibility that a winner in the 52nd District will not be announced until then.
