After a "very encouraging" first edition of the Vegetarian Cuisine & Arts Festival (VC&AF) last November, a second edition of VC&AF is being offered Saturday, March 16 "with a rich variety of culinary and new ecological projects," states the event page, translated from Spanish.
"The main objective of Vegetarian Festival," it goes on to say, "is to present and promote a new way of life - outside of the traditional - Be environmentally conscious and help the environment by improving the quality of life and reducing waste."
The festival is bound to do all that while providing some good eats, shopping and kick-ass music - both live bands & DJ sets - in the process.
