Home ec studio (2225 30th St) in North Park offers "Bats in the Bellfry," a class that teaches the art of how to appliqué. The class is open to ages 8-80 and will be taught on Sunday, October 21 from 10:00 am - 12:30 p.m.-- just in time for Halloween decorating.
"We're channeling our inner Martha Stewart and itching to make these felt bat garland for Halloween décor.
