Vegetarian Cuisine & Arts Festival aims to show the organic beauty of edible and non-edible products

This Saturday, November 24, ditch the post-Thanksgiving turkey leftovers at home in favor of some organic vegetarian food and music across the border at VC&AF, Vegetarian Cuisine & Arts Festival.

As stated on the Facebook event page, and translated from its original Spanish, "We want to create a great event to raise our audience's awareness and cause a cultural impact around everything organic, whether edible or adapted to everyday objects.

"This event is aimed not only at vegans and vegetarians... We intend to engage people who are not used to paying attention to the organic sector in all areas, whether food, objects made from recycled materials and 100 percent organic.

"The main objective of Vegetarian Festival is to present and promote a new way of life - outside of the traditional - Be environmentally conscious and help the environment by improving the quality of life and reducing waste."
