Return to Dusty Rhodes

The guys from S10 Fitness are giving a free boot camp session tomorrow, Saturday the 2nd at 9:00 am. The location is Dusty Rhodes Park in OB.

Yes, this was my near puke experience. I can’t recommend it enough — no joke.

I asked Dave and Chris a few questions about what they’re trying to accomplish with these boot camp sessions.

What sets you apart from other boot camps?

“What sets S10 Fitness apart from other boot camps is the fact that you get double the instruction. We also use some equipment that most people haven't utilized before. We think our combined instruction gives a higher level of attention. No one gets overlooked. Everyone is challenged. The experience you can expect with us is a broad range of difficulty regardless of class size and experience levels.”

Do you prefer to train people for athletics or for aesthetics?

“Our boot camps will cater to any individual's needs ranging from athletic prowess to sheer aesthetic improvement, we don't prescribe to either.”

What’s the number one thing people need in order to create a fitness habit?

“We feel that having a proper support system in place is probably the biggest weapon in anyone's arsenal. That's the benefit of group training, you surround yourself with like-minded individuals who have a common goal.....survive!”
