The Golden Hill Street Fair Is Back

The Golden Hill Street Fair is back, resurrected from the place where fun community events go during poor economic times.

On Sunday, July 22, 25th Street will be the hub for bands, brews, art, and grub. The free street fair is funded by a City grant and was put together by the Greater Golden Hill Community Development Corporation and art non-profit Sezio.

From 12 to 6pm, residents can watch as some of San Diego's finest bands rock the main stage. Those bands include Family Wagon, Jeans Wilder, Little Deadman, The Tree Ring, Cuckoo Chaos, and The Donkeys. And for brews; Stone Brewery will be pitching a craft beer tent with food vendors Alchemy, Giorgino's, and Miho Gastrotruck, nearby.

"Our goal in organizing this community-focused event is to highlight neighborhood artists and musicians while bringing together community members and local businesses," reads a press release from Sezio.

Members of the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition will also be available to park your bike for you.
