Mid County Independence Day Celebrations

The July 4th celebration begins early in Rancho Bernardo. The Spirit of the Fourth celebration begins with a pancake breakfast at 8AM in Webb Park. The parade sounds off at 3:30PM. Evening fireworks may be viewed at the Middle School at dusk.

Mira Mesa’s 4th of July Parade begins at 11:30 with fireworks at 9PM. San Marcos will celebrate the 4th with live music and carnival games at 6PM in Bradley Park and fireworks at 9PM. The Coastal Communities Concert Band will perform patriotic music for Rancho Santa Fe’s Independence Day Concert beginning at 1:30.

Poway’s Old Fashioned 4th sparks festivities at 10AM finishing with fireworks at the high school at 9PM. Besides live musical, Poway’s celebration offers steam train rides and train robbery reenactments.

Rancho Penasquitos will hold its patriotic celebration on July 3 at the Westview High School football stadium. Gates open at 7PM and fireworks start at 9PM.

The Julian 4th of July Parade begins at noon on Main Street, although related activities begin as early at 10AM. Ramona’s fireworks will be held at 9PM at Olive Peirce Middle School.
