Southern California Plumeria Society presents the 13th Annual Hawaiian Plumeria Festival at Casa del Prado in Balboa Park (1800 El Prado) on Saturday and Sunday, September 1-2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days. The flower show will take place on Saturday though plant sales will be held on both days.
