True North Tavern (3815 30th St) in North Park holds Trivia Night on Monday with host David LaRue. Last week I competed and our team came in fourth place out of about fifteen teams. The winning team gets a bar tab credit for the next time they come.
Trivia Night begins at 7:30 p.m.. Past questions have included "What Latin American country has an underground cathedral of salt?" and "Which is the greatest title out of baron, duke, and earl?" Trivia also includes identification of national flags and celebrity's faces. Guests can also play ping pong, pool, Jenga, and enjoy live music.
