Jon Block Creations will commence a monthly “visceral community arts experience” called Voices tomorrow (Friday) at the ArtLab (3536 Adams) in Normal Heights.
The event runs from 7:00pm-10:00pm and features performances by singer-songwriter Jaylen Green, stand-up comedian Sindi Somers, violin virtuso Bviolin, modern dancer Patricia Maldonado, and DJ Johnny Tran.
There will also be food trucks, craft vendors, interactive art zones, and a video projection installation from Papaha. A group art show will take place inside the Art Lab gallery.
Voices is an all ages event. and the $5 donation benefits TravelingStories.org.
