What is not, are the neighborhoods, mostly colleges, I designated. So these are institutions of high learning? Why is it I find no evidence of such? Is it merely a rumour or perhaps a government conspiracy? One should expect the academic employees to have their elitist heads, distant from we commoners, but I wished students a a hope. Nothing! This is our national futures, these nothings? One, the first neighborhood was/is Vista, CA. The fact is its a bus stop to go somewhere else. Oceanside is more fortunate, it has a Greyhound station, and nearby by an Amtrak, forget the Sprinter it just returns to more Vistas.
