So, anybody want to open up an Elvis themed restaurant with these:
Boothes & Tables - as pictured. Call Mario or Elain at (619) 282-9750
Could be fuuuuuunnn... Not Runer-Up AwardWorthy though. No surprise, that honor goes out to a man we know all too well. Here's "frogtoes" with:
Wrought Iron Driveway Gate - $1000 (Kensington - Normal Heights)
Just the thing I've been wanting for the gateway to my villainously huge mansion--the same enormous mansion with the moat and the sharks with lasers on their foreheads, Mr. Bond!
When all is said and done, Grand Prix du Jour goes out to:
California Corrections Police Badge - $70 (University Heights/ Hillcrest)
I wonder why eBay pulled his positing down? Prolly because they didn't want to send the impression that eBay supports potential felonies.
Oooh, fun game alert: let's take all the capitalized first letters, which are obvi making the quasi-legal item so much more saleable, and see what kind of code they make!
Otay: ACDCPBMEJCBGCNWMTWFESSFBHLEWDLCBESRDBNLHMAPBDYSFS
Hmmm... I tried anagraming it like the daily jumble, but the desperately low ratio of vowels to consonants make such an effort impossible. I got as far as "WELD PADDY'S MENTAL WEB" but then, I was down to one 'E' and a whole mess of W's. Clearly, the code is not such as that.
Perhaps each capitalized letter is the first letter to some OTHER word, which is itself part of the secret message. In time, this gives us something like:
"Attention! Certain Details Concerning Plebeian Beliefs Might Eventually Jeopardize Coupling Behaviors. Grandiose Circumstances Never Work--Maybe Try Writing Feisty Epigrams? Secretive Standards For Bedchambers Have Left Extremely Weak Defenses Lacking. C'mon, Bernie, Exactly Six Roses? Deirdre Badly Needs Love, How Many Apparently Perfect Blossoms Do You Seriously Feel Suffice?"
What does it mean?
(other than that my brain is now on fire and I can only sort of find the post button, never mind type another cogent paragraph...)
