Inspectors found small and large rodent excrement on boxes and within stored raw papaya on the floor and elsewhere in the facility. There was also an accumulation of dirt, dust cob webs and debris throughout the storage area. Joseph Brady, compliance officer, says the company has responded in a timely manner. "They appear to be taking this seriously, have indicated they've temporarily shut down operastions, and are making the necessary repairs and corrections," says Brady.
