The Medical Board of California has made an accusation against Dr. Blaine Jackson of Escondido. He is charged with gross negligence in the care and treatment of a 79 year-old female. In a letter of reprimand, Dr. Edward Ahn was charged with negligence in disposing of patient medical records in a public dumpster without properly destroying them.
