San Diego values rose 1.1% in the month versus the composite 1.6% for the top 20 markets. San Diego values rose 0.8% from a year ago, lagging the 20-metro area composite of a 1.2% yearly gain. San Diego home values are now down 37.5% from the November 2005 peak.
