A woman in Tijuana was arrested on Thursday, November 5th, after throwing her child out of her vehicle. Claudia Sedano González, the 33 year old suspect, was seen beating her four year old girl before throwing her to the pavement.
The suspect was paraded before local press as a police statement was released. The statement said that a neighbor saw the whole incident, came to the aid of the child, and called authorities.
The child was released to the father as the mother is currently being detained.
