Beginning at 10a.m. this morning, the San Diego Museum of Art will remain open for 36 straight hours as part of its Summer Salon Series, reports KPBS.
The event will feature “live art-making, music and performance art to theater, films, gallery tours and art talks.”
Featured guests include the Yes Men, described as “a genderless, loose-knit association of some 300 impostors worldwide who argue their way into the fortified compounds of commerce, ask questions and then smuggle out the stories of their hijinks to provide a public glimpse at the behind-the-scenes world of business.” Ringleaders Mike Bonanno and Andy Bichlbaum will speak and present a screening of their 2009 film The Yes Men Fix the World.
Local act Nervous Wreckords also performs at 12:30 a.m. A complete schedule of events can be found here.
