Citizens in Rancho Bernardo enjoyed an “Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration” the afternoon of July 4, this included a “Spirit Of The Fourth” parade along downtown streets. The parade started at 3:30 in the afternoon, and the sun cooperated by coming out from behind grey clouds which clung stubbornly to coastal parts of San Diego County yesterday.
