Mexico’s newly elected president, Enrique Peña Nieto (commonly referred to as EPN), will be visiting Tijuana today, December 12th. EPN will be landing at 10:50am, at the Aeropuerto Internacional Abelardo L. Rodríguez, aboard the Presidente Juárez presidential plane.
The president, along with several other staff members, will be attending a meeting at the Grand Hotel Tijuana where they will announce federal support for the border areas commercial sector. Afterwards EPN will be attending an event at the Centro de Artes Musicales before returning to Mexico City.
