It would be one of the largest purchases in Sacramento history. It would not include the Benvenuti family's 15% ownership of the Sacramento Kings basketball team, or its 50% share of Biba Restaurant, a favorite Sacramento dining spot. The portfolio consists of a vast collection of mostly industrial properties in California and a half dozen other states, according to the Bee. Founder and chairman of Westcore Properties is Marc R.
