with Christmas so near i harken back to those times shared... the time shared thruout my life with so many...at my age this is acceptable...and altho i look forward to the excitement of Christmas to come...i just as easily look back to warm myself with memories of the recent and distant past
i think in my 10 + years of being online i have discovered a place laden with people i haven't ever met in person...may have met in person...and hoped to meet in person...because they became as the song say "family"
the singer here was brought to my attention a few years ago by a little Disc Jockey in the Arctic Circle...she was a beautiful human being awaiting a heart transplant...it was a Christmas joy to meet her even tho it was online...she was from the Inuit tribe as is the singer..Susan Aglukark...most of Susan's singing is in her native Inuit tongue
may each and every one of my new online acquaintances here be blest at Christmas and enjoy blessings in the New Year...Darshan Nan
O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame
Siem o siyeya
All people richa and poor
Siem o siyeya
Those who do and do not know
Siem o siyeya
Take the hand of one close by
Siem o siyeya
Of those who know because they try
And watch the walls come tumbling down
O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame
Siem o siyeya
All people of the world
Siem o siyeya
It's time to make the turn
Siem o siyeya
A chance to share your heart
Siem o siyeya
To make a brand new start
And watch the walls come tumbling down
O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame
