2009 Year in Review

Happy Holiday's and a Happy New Year to all of our family, friends and fans alike!!! It's been a great year for our music cause and we wanted to thank everyone on this email with an annual recap and the introduction to our monthly news letter: "In the Reef News".

2009 has been a great year for all of us in Jet West. Having the opportunity to work with Matty at Sushifish Recording Studios has been a great catalyst to our band and we are thankful to have his abilities. We have been fortunate to play with some great bands such as: "Stone Senses", "Ease Up", "Iglu and Hartley", "Natural Incense", "Sand Section", "The Stir Crazies", "Likewize" and "Dirty Modelo" to name a few. We have also played at some sick venues from San Diego to Los Angeles such as: Canes, 710 Beach Club, Winstons, OC Tavern, Boar Cross'n, The Shore, Ocean House and O'Connell's all with great times and the most bad ass fans a band can ask for!!!

What else can we ask for? Well, our New Year’s Resolution is to play 50 shows, with 30 new bands at 20 new locations in 3 new states, possible? Yes!!! We also look forward to being back in the SushiFish Studio's from Jan to Feb with a tentative Debut Album release around 4/20/2010. (Stay Tuned for more info on our upcoming album!!!)

One last note: "In the Reef News" - Our news letter will provide updates for our band, local events around town, as well as other cool ways to get your hands on some freebies from us as well as chances to kick it with the band...
