On Thursday, I caught their San Francisco gig at a packed Bottom of the Hill, where calculating bass lines and syncopated polyrhythmic stutters grasped for common time before giving way to foreboding prog-metal churns - all revolving closely around the mind-boggling traps of drummer Brandon Relf (Innerds).
