“We'll be doing this one in a larger venue than Liquid Geometry has hosted before, but we anticipate a far larger crowd AND we need to make room for the wall of sound and lighting rig that will be provided by Freebase Audio. Anyone who was at Elev8 Presents Love & Light in August (at Winston’s) has a good idea what to expect sound-wise, but we've stepped it up in the visual department.”
San Francisco native Bird of Prey (aka Torin Goodnight) has been creating electronic music for a decade and has developed a hybrid sound made up of dubstep bangers, breaks, wistful whomp and wobble, and psychedelic, atmospheric ambiance.
“We were lucky enough to have Bird of Prey come down to San Diego, this being his first time ever playing here. He generally graces the exclusive gathering/festival circuit (Shambhala, Burning Man, Sonic Bloom, Moontribe) so to have him in a club atmosphere with reinforced sound will be mind-blowing.”
Also on deck will be Osal8, Liquid Geometry outer space face jiggler HM.T DM.T, Skandar, and Bramble/Electric Cocoon dub-wise disc jockey Holden.
