EarthDance – September 18 - This festival goes down simultaneously in over 100 cities around the world. The lineup isn’t posted yet but you’ll find the event nearbyish in San Diego and Los Gatos (bay erria). If you really want to get into the sauce, head up to Laytonville in Mendocino County. It’s just better up there.
Wanderlust – July 28 thru 31 – Squaw Valley, CA – Choo got yer Michael Franti and Spearhead, yer Girl Talk, yer Random Rab, and yer Wailers, but this festi definitely is known for it’s yoga workshops, so leave yer belligerence at home at bring yer OMs, holmes.
Sonic Bloom– June 24 thru 26 – Georgetown, CO – Tipper, EOTO, VibeSquaD, Random Rab, Zilla, MartyParty, Heyoka, An-Ten-Nae, and David Starfire just might be worth the drive. In fact, hit me up if you’ve got room in your car.
Raindance – June 3 thru 6 – Saratoga Springs, CA – Yep, ok. Tipper, Random Rab, VibeSquaD, Timonkey, Eliot Lipp, Freq Nasty, Ana Sia, Bluetech, Mochipet, Nasty Nasty, OTT, a swimming pool, hot tub, showers, a garden, and about a zillion other reasons to abandon your routine and camp out for the weekend. ‘Nuff said? Cha.
