The Kava Lounge will be celebrating the relaunch of their Center for the Arts Friday with “[a] unique blend of Soulful and Funky House”, a set from DJ Impera, and “[a] special dark and twisted techno set to close out the jungle themed night,” as well as live art by Erica Foijtik and Blake Byer. Admission costs five dollars and is free with the donation of a living plant. The space holds classes in yoga, dance, and drums.
Next door, in the Lounge, will be “a journey through nu sounds with a classic soul" with DJ's Mark Quark, Paluka, and Why-T.
