'80s Big Hair Metal Starz Reunion July 30

The second annual San Diego '80s Big Hair Rock Starz Reunion happens July 30 at 710 Beach Club.

"This year's event is a benefit concert," says the San Diego Action Network. "We are dedicating the evening to the late Marc Anthony Carrasco, who was killed during a confrontation with two San Diego police officers. Proceeds will go to assist the two daughters who will have to cope with the loss of their slain father. A scholarship fund has been established for the children in his honor. All proceeds are going to the Jazmine & Isabel Scholarship Fund."
