Tijuana native Miss Lady D has been bringing San Diego and international musicians to TJ with Club Purple dance night for over a year now.
This Saturday, Miss Lady D and partner Astronauta Jackson provide another great excuse to head south for the evening with a boys versus girls DJ dance night at the Moustache Snack Bar.
“It’s all innocent rivalry between the males and females,” writes Jackson from the dark synth band Dancing Strangers. “Miss Lady D and I are gonna battle it out the turntables -- D mixing an all-girl set and me mixing an all-boy set with all kinds of music from soul to electro.”
The no-cover event features drink specials and will be hosted by Olgasm and Miquel Mariol.
