Innerds, Hot Nerds, Gloomsday, Zorch, Monsterpussy: Tin Can Ale House

"Tonight the Tin Can will join other flying metal objects in the space,” says Innerds guitarist Bobby Bray, “the only question is weather or not it will land safely!"

The show features four two-piece bands what for rocking your brains out.

Zorch: Austin post-neo-nugaze for fans of Air, Radiohead, Tristeza, Flaming Lips, Dungen, and music in general. According to their website,

“Zorch believes that music is not merely a product but a living organism to be shared reshaped and recycled. They are purveyors of music that infects the brains of its listeners and seeps into psyches.”

Innerds: San Diego’s OG post-prog skronk space tropicalia math lounge power duo featuring the stylations of Bobby Bray (The Locust, Henk, Holy Molar) and drummer Brandon Relf (Sleeping People). Keep an antennae up for their pending EP, “Western Spaghettification.”

Hot Nerds: Dancey helium electronocorehop from keystress Alia Jyawook (Christwaves, Say Wen, Kata, Bitter Sober, Tiny Telephones) and drummer Nathan Joyner (All Leather, Leg Lifters, Secret Fun Club, Some Girls).

Anticipate hits including “Poolside with Billy Mays” and “You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Diet.”

Gloomsday: Local spleen-rupturing rock and rollers to assist make freak out.

DJ Monsterpussy: Tasty jams from one of the ladies behind Club Purple and curator of the monthly Makeout Weird experimental/dance/punk night at the Whistle Stop.

Now do the right thing and wiggle.
