People ,It's time.We live right by the pacific ocean and yet we have water problems.Build a water distillation plant on this coast.Designed,engineried and run by some of our college grads.Hey you build it we pay for your education.We as a city can use this as a utility and a starting ground for our future enginers.It' time!The southern states lost alot of textile products cause the power that be sent it over seas.Stop.The northern states lost steel production to the over seas market.Stop.I have people here that are hungry for a job,homes,food.When was the last time you saw a forein country come to our aid?I still have people in New Orleans out of work and working to make ends meet.Stop.Instead of sending millions of dollars over seas or to some country we can not even pronounce,help the american people here.I am tired of having our people incharge give excuses instead of plans to move foward that will not take 3 to 8 years to impliment
