Encanto, guns, a murder -- what a surprise.

Officers were dispatched on a report of gunshots heard. They arrived to find the victim, a 53-year-old male, lying down at the rear of the residence. They male was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He died within one hour after being transported to a local hospital.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the victim was drinking with some friends when two males arrived. One of the males fired a hand gun in the air, causing the victim’s companions to scatter and flee.
Several minutes later, citizens heard a single gunshot.
The victim was found shortly thereafter.
