Murdered Wife Buried in Back Yard
He reported her missing, but looks like he killed and buried her.

Personnel from the San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office identified human remains unearthed in the year yard of Keith Turner’s home in Ramona.
Investigators from the Sheriff’s Crime Lab and Homicide Detail discovered the remains while executing a search warrant on the property. Turner, 58, was arrested and charged with the murder of his wife, Toby Turner, 44, reporting missing by Keith Turner on October 1, 2005.
The remains were positively identified using dental records.
Police arrested Keith Turner at the post office because he reportedly has many guns at his home. He is being charged with first-degree murder.
