The death of a 42-year-old man who was found with multiple stab wounds is being investigated as a homicide, according to Riverside Police.
Officers responded to a call and arrived at the scene; they found Manuel Sanchez Rosas unconscious, suffering and bleeding from multiple stab wounds. Sanchez was treated by emergency personnel and taken to Riverside Community Hospital, where he died at the scene.
Riverside Police Department homicide detctives and forensic personnel are conducting an investigation. There are no known suspcts at this time.
