Red Zone back for third season
The High School Red Zone is back for the 2010 high school football season. For the third year, the Red Zone will provide in-depth high school football coverage from throughout the San Diego Section.
Coverage will start later this month with season previews for the five defending section champions. Check back to see how your favorite team will fare this season.
What’s new this season

In 2010, the Red Zone has its own Twitter page. Follow the Red Zone for breaking high school football news and score updates during the season. Fans can also show the Red Zone some love on Facebook by giving it a thumbs up. We have 53 fans so far.

Video Highlights
If the Red Zone is at a game the camera is rolling, and highlights can be found on our YouTube channel. There are 30 videos up from the past two seasons.
Regular Content
The Red Zone will post content multiple times a week, including:
Game Coverage/Scoreboard On Fridays and Saturdays, coverage of the Game of the Week, other assorted games and a scoreboard will all the weekend action
Feature/Opinion Stories Coverage highlighting unique teams, players and happenings throughout the section or the Red Zone’s take on an issue
Top 10 Poll Check Sunday nights during the season to see if your team makes the cut in the weekly Red Zone Top 10
High Five Each Monday, a preview the five best games the upcoming week have to offer, including the Red Zone Game of the Week
Best Pics On Tuesdays, the top five pictures from the previous week’s action
Sound Off A Red Zone thought or view on a topic related to high school football
