San Diego County home values were up for the seventh straight month in the November 2009 Case-Shiller/Standard &Poor's data, released this morning (Jan. 26). Local home values rose 0.4% from October to November, the same as the September/October rise. Prices are now up 0.4% for the year, one of only four of 20 metro areas with a year-over-year increase. "Dallas, Denver, San Diego and San Francisco have finally entered positive territory, something we really haven't seen in at least two years in most markets," said S&P economist David Blitzer.
