For a limited time (not sure what that means) Pad Thai is a new menu item at P.F. Chang's. This popular Thai dish is a combination of rice noodles, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, scallions, crushed peanuts, chilies, crispy shallots, cilantro, garlic and lime. There are three ways to order this dish, to include chicken ($12.95), shrimp ($14.95) or the combo Pad Thai ($13.95).
