San Diegans will be introduced Bardot Bars early this summer.
The first Bardot Bars shop will open early this summer in La Jolla. Guests will be able to eat their treats in the shop or take them to go with packaging that keeps them cold for up to eight hours.

Bardot will offer flavors like “Deep Thoughts,” with fresh mint, and “Ebony & Ivory,” with mascarpone and dulce de leche. The Bardot Collection includes flavors such as “New York, NY,” with strawberry and cream cheese, and “Inner Peace,” with raspberry and green tea. Bardot will also offer kids smaller treats such as the “Twinkle Twinkle,” with cotton candy.
Located at 1025 Prospect Street in La Jolla, Bardot will be open every day from 11am to 9pm.
