Last weekend saw San Diego's annual Gator By the Bay Zydeco, Blues & Crawfish Festival in Spanish Landing Park. Here, a gentleman kindly demonstrates the proper technique for enjoying boiled crawfish. As the video opens, he's just finished chewing on one of the claws.
