MEXICALI, BC - For two months a couple of children lived in a hell at the hands of their half-brother, 16, who according to authorities, was sexually abusing them until he was arrested. The detention occurred around 17:00 hours on Wednesday, when municipal officers were alerted by a call to Central's C4 where a violation was reported in Fractionation Villa Robledo, so they immediately dispatched officers to the place.
It was at a residence located on Avenida Mirasol where municipal officers contacted the individuals at the home. To the surprise of the agents, the accused was a young man, 16 years of age, who was accused by his two half sisters of having sexually abused them repeatedly. The minor offender, Jovany Misael "n", denied the incident, but the girls aged 10 and 5, maintained their accusations against their half brother.
Similarly, the two victims, who initially accused the young man to their parents, commented that it was not the first time he did it, but had violated them repeatedly for at least two months. They said they were afraid no one would believe them and remained silent until this time.
Therefore, officers from the east area of the city, carried out the arrest of the boy who will be presented before the Court for adolescents to determine his legal status.
Additional actions were made by the Mayor in support of Oficialia users of bicycles, metal racks and signage that have been installed so that people can make his means of this type of transportation to visit the different centers of Government and dependencies.
