Tijuana, BC -"That’s where I had the girl, that’s where I left her, I had raped her," confessed José Luis Almanzán Cordero, 26, the stepfather and alleged murderer of Cecilia Jocelyn Hernández, 5.

So he told agents of the Ministerial Police of the Homicide Unit when they went to the vacant lot located in colonia Las Torres on calle De Las Garzas. There is a lot of garbage, mostly lying around Christmas trees, among other debris.

Miguel Ángel is a neighbor of the premises and was upset this morning hearing about the confession of the murder for the death of the small Atonatzin kindergarten student.

José Luis Almanzán is addicted to drugs. Yesterday afternoon he consumed a drug cocktail, which is why it was until this morning when he could say where he left the body of his stepdaughter, explained Ricardo Salas Bravo, Attorney General of Justice in Tijuana. Almanzan is a native of Nayarit. http://www.el-mexicano.com.mx/informacion/noticias/1/22/policiaca/2013/01/18/644845/adicto-y-ladron-el-padrastro-de-cecilia.aspx
