5 Year-Old Girl Missing (El MEXICANO, 1/17/13 by Said BETANZOS)
TIJUANA, BC - Cecilia Jocelyn Hernández Raymundo, 5, of Tonantzin located in Colonia Las Torres, disappeared this morning on the outskirts of the Police 100 Kindergarten. Authorities of the Office of the State Procurator-General began to look for her since 19:30 hours, when minutes later her parents came to report the case to the Center for Missing Persons.
According to the account of the stepfather, he left Cecilia at school around 09:00 hours on Thursday. They returned at noon, but teachers told him that the child was never at school.

Tecate, BC - The preventive anti-graffiti program was implemented by the Directorate of Public Security with more than 35 youth who collaborated with law enforcement officials in the program in the Center of the City.
Collaborators removed graffiti from fences at different stores that were vandalized.
