Ensenada, B C - Journalists filed criminal charges against the Mayor of Ensenada Enrique Pelayo Torres, the Director of Police and Municipal Transit Alfredo Rosales Green, and the Municipal Public Security Secretary Florencio Raúl Cuevas Salgado.

12 Killed in 48 Hours (El Vigia, 9/18/12)
Tijuana, BC - At least 12 people were killed in different events this weekend in two Baja California municipalities, five in Tijuana and seven in Ensenada, reported authorities.
In Ensenada yesterday, two bodies were found in the trunk of a car and a professor was found dead at his home. On Saturday two people were executed in the town of Camalu, another in Valle de la Trinidad, and Cyintia Yadira who was a photographer.
In Tijuana, on Saturday, three young men were killed by bullets to the West of the city, and in the South a couple had their throats cut inside a home, according to Municipal Police.
The first incident in Tijuana was reported during the afternoon in Colonia Santa Fe. Police found the bodies of a man and a woman in a home with gun wounds and stabs to their necks. The State Attorney General began an ivestigation, but no reported victim identities or possible motives for the crime.
In the second Tijuana incident, around 3 PM, Municipal Police were alerted to someone shooting at four people inside an abandoned home in Las Palmeras Colony. Three young men were killed, aged 20 to 25, and one was injured.
