BC Plate Program Requirements (El Mexicano, 10/17/12 by Gomez Sanchez) TIJUANA, BC – There are still more than 5,400 steps citizens with uncompleted documentation for their vehicles in the BC Plate program. Those who applied to the program and paid the amount for importation of their vehicle must visit the offices of the Ministry of Planning and Finance to continue the process.

Only 1,025 citizens of a 6,500 outstanding in the first stage have approached a State authority to receive information and update documents, reported Emeterio Martínez Villegas, collector of revenue of the State in Tijuana. He said to continue with the process of BC Plate, the community can go to window 18 of rent collection at the State offices, inside the Government Center from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The citizen must prove requirements that their vehicle is in good mechanical condition to be seen by the Customs Office, as well as cover the cost to record public vehicles (REPUVE), equivalent to 60 pesos ($5 US) which is charged through Banjercito.

"It is important that citizens come to conclude their process and find out their status. It is essential to upgrade their proof of residency and more than 90 days should not have expired, must verify a current license. TIJUANA, BC- With the aim of creating a forum for meeting, updating and promoting the strategic role of human resources professionals within organizations and global business trends, the Association of Human Resources for Industry in Tijuana, BC (ARHITAC), with the support of the Committee on Tourism and Conventions of Tijuana (Cotuco) gave details of the XIII Congress Global Management Human ARHITAC 2012 at a press conference in the Hall of the Cotuco.

Details of the event were provided by the director of Cotuco, Alan Bautista Plascencia, Association President of Human Resources of Industry in Tijuana B.C., Héctor Guerrero Rodriguez, President of 13th Global Congress of 2012 Human Resources Management and also ARHITAC Vice-President Roberto Soto Briceño.

"The role of human resources as a strategic partner is very important, since we have the mentality as a Department of HR and you can see how you participate in the design strategy for the company making decisions together with the executives. What we will seek in this Congress is giving the professional the tools of human resources", said the President of ARHITAC.

The Conference will offer first level conferences with the participation of prestigious speakers with regarded authority and excellent exhibitors in the field and an exhibition area where local companies will present offers of services to the attending companies. This will be a great opportunity to upgrade, as well as expand their professional relationships.

The academic program of the event will feature Plenary 5 with such themes as sustainability, labor skills, emotional intelligence, creativity, innovation, and personal branding, with expert exhibitors from companies recognized globally in the field of human resources. The Congress will be conducted on October 25th and 26th in the Hotel Camino Real. Opening activities begin at 2 PM on Thursday and offer a welcome cocktail, as well as a party on Friday, aimed at the academic and business community as well as society in general.

The cost for entry to the Congress is $ 400 ($31 US) for members and $ 450 ($35 US) for non-members.
